They were sympathetic and replied that I could get a year subscription to their mobile online site or a prorated refund. I am very tempted to get a pre3 for verizon from ebay but the biggest thing holding me back is the lack of lexicomp compatibility. Such a shame what hp did with webOS. I have and continue to try to use iOS and android devices but neither clicks for me. And I am still very very disappointed in epocrates for abandoning webOS- seeing that they continue to support palmOS and windows mobile devices yet they can't support webOS. After ePocrates ceased supporting WebOS I did to put my loyalties and money toward Lexi-Comp. I bought a 2 year subscription of a large pediatric package. I actually saw it as a investment in my patient's care and in WebOS (which I saw as a great mobile OS). I thought it was great on the go, it made my Pre Plus a competitive smartphone with all the iPhone jockeys. I can understand why Lexi-Comp stopped updating their software with WebOS after HP dropped WebOS nevertheless I feel that after paying them so much money obligates them to continue supporting it or at least partially refund my money.
